Class Schedule

Join us for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that will push your limits and maximize your fitness potential! Our boot camp classes are available on Saturday mornings during the off-season, and we extend to Sundays from June to September. Please note that classes are weather-dependent, requiring temperatures above 70 degrees with no rain or wind, as all sessions are held outdoors.
